Activating didactics for cooperative learning are becoming more popular in vocational education across Europe. Active learning is an approach to familiarize a student with his\/her own learning process. For a teacher activating didactics means that he or she has to change the role from a teacher-centered facilitator into a guide who facilitates the process during a learning situation. Thus the teacher is no longer only responsible for the topics content, but he or she is a guide who facilitates the student with interactive ways of learning and active methods. Cooperative learning in groups demands dialogical skills from the participants so that they could enlarge their knowledge and skills through exploration in a cooperative way. In active and competence-based learning, students have more responsibility for their progress. Therefore, counseling and evaluating students\u2019 performance occupies central role in the learning process. This article examines the use of portfolio as an instrument to show and organize the level of evidence of competences for various types of audience.<\/p>\n<p><em>Keywords:<\/em> active learning, systems for vocational education and training (VET) in Bulgaria and Germany, aiming to research the practice in this field and to show examples of successful and effective initiatives in the field of vocational education, addressing a group of young people in disadvantage and expert-teachers. The project\u2019s activities were designed so that after analyzing and comparing the legislative settings for VET in Bulgaria and Germany, the place, the roles and the approaches for providing VET at the relevant institutions, research and analysis of the applied approaches for identifying the needs for education for young people in disadvantage, and the methods for elaboration of programs for VET for that target group in both countries in order to be able to identify good practices in the field of VET, which could be transferred to Bulgaria. OF THE ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE MASTERING OF CONTEMPORARY LANGUAGES)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The European linguistic certificates are a comparatively new product for the Bulgarian foreign education market. The unified by the European Council Linguistic Framework and the Hague Convention requirements are conditions for their indisputable recognition within the countries in the European Union. While there are many European associations and centers for certification of foreign language knowledge, it is not clear who and how certifies the knowledge of the candidates with Bulgarian language outside Bulgaria. The practice demonstrates that there are bureaucratic obstacles before the use of documents attesting the command of the Bulgarian language. In this aspect, the recognition of European certificates that attest the level of Bulgarian language knowledge as the initial document needed for our native universities should be regulated by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education, and should be clearly set out in the local administrations rules. Moreover, in light of the current demographic crisis, it is a national priority to ensure easy access to higher education in Bulgarian to our and foreign citizen, who are inheritors of the Bulgarian political and economic emigrants from the European and non-European countries. Recent European education policy is aimed at supporting multilingual education and upbringing, which are considered important prerequisites for the promotion of tolerance and diversity. Special attention is devoted to the socialization process of children and its relation to pre-school education and training. The author presents the results of LIGHT project and its continuation &#8211; VIA LIGHT, whose main objective is the development of training programs for teachers working with bilingual children. Over the last decade bilinguals change more noticeably the global linguistic map. It is particularly common linguistic phenomenon in the U.S. and Europe. The idea of globalization and its enforcement changed forever European linguistic context and gave birth to issues and problems that have long been crossed out of the list with linguistic problems.
