La nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration veut apprendre avec l\u2019aide de nouvelles technologies et cet article vise \u00e0 motiver les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 apprendre le fran\u00e7ais comme une langue \u00e9trang\u00e8re \u00e0 travers les technologies de l\u2019information et de la communication. Les technologies de l\u2019information et de la communication font d\u00e9j\u00e0 partie de l\u2019\u00e9ducation en Albanie, et maintenant l\u2019intention est d\u2019utiliser ces nouvelles technologies dans la classe comme un moyen pour d\u00e9velopper et promouvoir l\u2019enseignement. Aussi la motivation pour apprendre une langue \u00e9trang\u00e8re \u00e0 travers les TIC peut \u00eatre d\u00e9fi nie comme un m\u00e9canisme psychologique et social qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re le desir d\u2019apprendre la langue seconde, qui d\u00e9clenche des comportements d\u2019apprentissage, notamment la prise de parole en classe de langue, qui permet \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve de maintenir son engagement \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser les t\u00e2ches propos\u00e9es, quelque soit le degree de r\u00e9ussite immediate dans son interaction avec les autres \u00e9l\u00e8ves ou le professeur, qui le conduit \u00e0 faire usage des instruments d\u2019apprentissage mis \u00e0 sa disposition (manuel, ordinateur, TBI, video, CD-Rom, DVD, ect). Nous tenterons dans notre communication de r\u00e9pondreaux questions relatives \u00e0 l\u2019apport des TIC dans l\u2019enseignement du FLE: Comment int\u00e9grer les TICE en classe de langue de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 favoriser la motivation, l\u2019activit\u00e9 et l\u2019autonomie de l\u2019apprenant ? Nous verrons qu\u2019en Albanie, ni les enseignants ni les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ne sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 la nouvelle m\u00e9thodologie qui accompagne les&nbsp;TICE. The new generation wants to learn with the help of new technologies. This paper aims to motivate students to learn French as a foreign language through information and communication technologies. Information and Communication Technologies are now made part of education in Albania and the intention is to use these new technologies in the classroom as a means to further develop and promote teaching. Also, the motivation to learn a foreign language through ICT can be defined as a social and psychological mechanism that generates the desire to learn a foreign language and promotes student engagement in the implementation of the proposed tasks. ICTs (computers, TBI, video, CD &#8211; Rom, DVD, etc.) enable the teacher-student interaction. We will try to answer the question of how to integrate ICT in teaching French language in order to favor motivation, interaction and autonomy of students. On the other hand, we shall see that presently in Albania, as well as students, teachers are not yet prepared to withstand this new methodology associated with ICT. SCHOOL LEAVING AND PROBLEMSOLVING MEASURES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract. <\/strong>Early school leaving is a signifi cant social and economic problem which reduces opportunities for personal fulfi llment in life and the labour market. The reduction of early school leavers\u2019 share below 10% is one of the objectives of Strategy \u201cEurope 2020\u201d, and in the recently approved by the Council of Ministers Strategy for prevention and reduction of the share of the drop-outs and early school leavers it is planned until 2020, through implementation of the envisaged measures, the share of the drop-outs to decrease to 11%. The share of students who have discontinued vocational education as compared to the total number of drop-outs from the upper secondary school is too high. how to start our own business, designated for young people \u2013 francophones fro the region of Central and Eastern Europ\u0435, fi nanced by the international organization of Francophonie and led by professional trainers. For almost 4 days young people between 25-30 years from Bulgaria, Roumania, Albania, Moldova, Macedonia and Armenia have been trained on the main principles and the psychologic motivation for starting their own business. The participants made also many practical exercices, among which the development of a business &#8211; plan and the discussion of concrete cases.
