COHERENCE OF POLICIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract<\/strong>. Improving the quality and implementation of research and innovation is a key task for many governments in Europe and globally. It is essential to select the most right tools and policies accordingly. The paper uses theoretical and conceptual analysis made   by Member States in implementing coherence of policies. The role of sectoral policies and their complementarity to ensure both compatibility and synergies sought are discussed. As far as the issue of policy coherence is of metapolitical nature i.e. policies to the policies, it has been attempted to operationalize the activities in the process of constructing the policy mix.<\/p>\n

INNOVATION AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC RESULTS: NATIONAL AND EUROPEAN POLICIES AND STRATEGIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The article analyzes national policies and strategies of Bulgaria in the context of the European innovation policy and practice, with a focus on the issue for commercialization of scienti\ufb01 c knowledge. The national innovation system, as well as key policies and strategies supporting the \ufb02 ow of innovation processes are reviewed. Further analysis is focused on the existing mechanisms and prerequisites for commercialization of scienti\ufb01 c potential \u2013 the transformation of scienti\ufb01 c knowledge into economical results (market value). Presented are conclusions and recommendations for improvement of the innovation system and for creation of conditions for overcoming the fundamental barrier to transforming scienti\ufb01 c knowledge into economic activity.

DOES BULGARIAN TEACHER KNOW THE MOTIVES FOR LEARNING OF HIS STUDENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract<\/strong>. This paper considers the problem of the motivation to learn as a signi\ufb01 cant topic about Bulgarian school and how Bulgarian teacher knows the motives of their students. The article presents an empirical picture of the current state of motivation to learn about students from \ufb01 rst to twelfth grade and shows the level of knowledge of the reasons for learning of students by their teachers and principals. Empirical data were collected by the method of survey on a representative sample of schools in the Regional Inspectorate on Education – Sliven. Results are discussed and a brief analysis is provided. The analysis focuses suf\ufb01 ciently to highlight promising close-up trends and issues.

ASSESSING SCIENTIFIC LITERACY IN PISA 2015 \u2013 TENDENCY AND CHANGES IN THE STUDY FRAMEWORK  <\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The Programme for International Students Assessment (PISA) is part from a long lasting OECD project for development of the indicators for measuring the education quality. PISA is now used as assessment tool in many countries and regions around the world. Since 2000, the survey measures the outcomes of education in terms of student performance on a regular basis in reading, mathematics and science. In 2015 \u0433., PISA will be focused on the science for the second time. Addressing many of the challenges of the 21 century, the PISA 2015 framework for the science assessment have elaborated the conception of scienti\ufb01 c literacy as a central construct of the science assessment. The article is a part of the plenary report presented at the 42th National Conference on phisycs teaching in Stara Zagora (8-11 November 2014). The paper brie\ufb02 y describes the science framework of the assessment in 2015 and the new computer based test format.  <\/p>\n
