The article systematizes and summarizes the results of a linguisticpragmaticstudy on the actionality of the exchange with an initiative directivespeech act (on the basis of a Portuguese language corpus). The attention in theoutlined analytical approach is focused on the main principles and ways of thecommunicative interaction as factors for production and formulation of the verbalresponse. Posters are age-old means of communication, as they are used for announcingall kinds of events of everyday life. At the beginning of the 20th century,relatively high levels of public morality acted as a safeguard against some sociallyunacceptable posters. In the second part of the century, there were essentially feministmovements that opposed so-called sexist posters. However, no effective legislationforbids the use of the naked female body in posters as long as it is not considered\u00abcontrary to public order\u00bb. This notion is obviously very subjective as its limits dependon each person\u2019s age, sensibility, education, etc. Two paradoxes illustrate thediffi culty of making a judgment about \u201cgood moral\u201d in posters: \u201csexist\u201d publicity isdisapproved by a majority of French and Swiss people, but in reality they allow for a10 to 40 percent increase in sales of the underlying
