Abstract.<\/strong>\u00a0 The\u00a0 article\u00a0 focuses\u00a0 on\u00a0 adult\u00a0 education\u00a0 and\u00a0 training\u00a0 and\u00a0 their\u00a0transformations from the early 20th century to the present. Different challenges\u00a0have been outlined that not only increase the sensitivity to the use of the different\u00a0opportunities\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 environment\u00a0 for\u00a0 education\u00a0 and\u00a0 training\u00a0 but\u00a0 also\u00a0 influence\u00a0the understanding of adult learning. Based on the results of the survey, there are\u00a0generalized features and modern development guidelines, educational models for\u00a0adult learning and good practices from different countries \u2013 for example, secondchance training model, model of remedial training, model of workplace learning,\u00a0model of cooperative learning, model of distance relationship tutor-learner; model\u00a0of\u00a0 motivation\u00a0 training,\u00a0 model\u00a0 of\u00a0 VET\u00a0 training,\u00a0 model\u00a0 of\u00a0 training\u00a0 for\u00a0 general\u00a0education.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The material presents a genealogical model of development of the\u00a0Bulgarian vocational education. This model of socio-economic mechanisms for\u00a0professional\u00a0 training\u00a0 and\u00a0 development\u00a0 represents\u00a0 the\u00a0 integration\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 various\u00a0components that are key to the overall professional and personal pro\ufb01le of the\u00a0specialist,\u00a0 its\u00a0 entry\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 society. The\u00a0 text\u00a0 illustrates\u00a0 the\u00a0 rapid\u00a0 movement\u00a0 and\u00a0synchronous parallel levels in the creation, establishment and regulation before the\u00a0Liberation in 1878 and during the \ufb01rst decades after that – a true Renaissance period\u00a0of economic, managerial, educational progress. The thesis is that craftsmanship is\u00a0the prototype of vocational education in Bulgaria. On this background, the \ufb01gures\u00a0of remarkable institutions, pedagogues and managers have stand out. They set the\u00a0beginning of the Bulgarian vocational schools – centenarians. Their history continues\u00a0today as the most stable tradition-perspective for the development of Bulgarian\u00a0vocational education and training in all its forms \u2013 formal, non-formal, continuing\u00a0education for adults, informal education, handicraft work and quali\ufb01cation at the\u00a0workplace.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> \u0422he Spanish school El Clot in Barcelona is part of the system of the\u00a0Jesuit education. In 2009, the Catholic priest, which manages the school, set out\u00a0to change the pedagogical model of teaching and learning. On the one hand they\u00a0preserve the traditions of Ignatian Pedagogy and the other – implement innovations\u00a0based on the challenges of the XXI c. The aim of the research paper is to present\u00a0innovation and the concept of \u201cPedagogy of the liberation\u201d of the school, during the\u00a0academic year 2014\/2015. The innovative pedagogical model approbates only 5 and\u00a07 class. The analysis focuses upon the changes at the \ufb01rst moment. Abstract.<\/strong> Nowadays the problem about the moral upbringing is one of the most\u00a0difficult and responsible tasks. It is precisely the problems inside the Bulgarian\u00a0family that had a negative effect on the formation of the child\u2019s personality. It all\u00a0begins in the family. Every characteristic feature and behavior in children can lead\u00a0to a successful personality establishment. The relationships between the family\u00a0members play an extremely important role in the child\u2019s life. They are the \ufb01rst\u00a0role-models of interpersonal relationships. In the Bulgarian school the relationship\u00a0with the family must be placed on a new, qualitative level, so that the educational\u00a0strategy\u00a0 will\u00a0 have\u00a0 an\u00a0 affect\u00a0 not\u00a0 only\u00a0 on\u00a0 the\u00a0 student,\u00a0 but\u00a0 also\u00a0 on\u00a0 his\u00a0 parents.\u00a0Education is not about obeying the rules, but to \ufb01nd the person in and to improve the\u00a0communications. This is exactly the reason why the teachers role is so important.\u00a0The historical knowledge about the development of the moral education enables\u00a0educators, teachers and mentors, who dedicated their activities to the formation\u00a0and the establishment of the growing generations, so that to estimate all the speci\ufb01c\u00a0tasks and requirements with an enriched and mature thought, related to the moral\u00a0persistence of the personality and to the educational unit.<\/p>\n
