PUBLICATION REPORTING USING MICROSOFT OFFICE ACCESS BASED ON NIKOLA VAPTSAROV NAVAL ACADEMY’S EXPERIENCE
Absract. Based on Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy‘s many years of experience, the article aims to examine the effectiveness of the Microsoft Access database for submitting the required applications for the publication activity
of the academic staff in the existing types of accreditations, Post-accreditation monitoring and control, and other qualification procedures related to competitions for participation in projects.
The methods used in this study are analysis, comparison, and summary.
The effective work of the database in solving these tasks in the conditions of systematic completing and correction of the records in it, accompanied by processes of restructuring and modernization over the years, is established.
The article shares the practical experience of implementing the idea of a comprehensive report on publications and citations at a university given the longterm operation of the system at Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy.

Practice-Oriented Tasks for Schools: Methodology for Future
Abstract. This article presents the results of the research into teacher training (mathematics) at the pedagogical university. The author addresses training undergraduate students in designing practice-oriented tasks. It is discussed that such training is part of the general system of teacher training for the practical application of mathematics at schools, and the task itself is a comprehensive educational product. As part of such training, the proposed approach allows to highlight the levels of complexity of practice-oriented tasks, methodological requirements for such tasks, requirements for the educational and scientific context of the task. It has been confirmed that tasks of this type can be organised into systems with different internal organisation. Examples of practice-oriented tasks, designed by undergraduate students, are given.

G Suite for Education – the Challenge that Has Become a Reality in a Bulgarian School
Abstract. The article presents a study of the interest and desire to implement e-learning for education at “Hristo Botev” Secondary School in the village of Chepintsi, Bulgaria through G Suite For Education. We analyzed the results of the surveys conducted with teachers and students, studying the motivation, communication, the degree of success of students in long-term use of the electronic environment. The working hypothesis is confirmed that there is no decline in the interest and desire of students to e-learning and the way it was conducted in the conditions of COVID-19 for the past 2019/2020 school year in that particular school.

EDUCATIONAL ISSUES
Abstract Data Types
Abstract. Formation of notion is a fundamental process in education, and for that reason it is excessively studied in both psychology and pedagogy. The application of the pedagogical techniques has a key role in education in informatics (Asenova, 1990) and has significantly improved the results in introduction of complex notions in our practice. Such complex notion is abstract data type (ADT) which is a key concept in computer programming for developing data structures, data types, and have vast influence on the algorithms applied on them. In order to introduce the notion ADT we adopt a system of tasks that develop the needed knowledge through the important data structures of linked lists, queues and stacks.

ANALYSIS OF METHODS FOR EVALUATING THE WORK OF EXTRA-CURRICULAR COMPETITIVE EVENTS HELD IN A REMOTE FORMAT
Abstract. The relevance of this study is determined by the complexity of the procedure for evaluating participants' works on extra-curricular competitive events in a remote format (which events are in fact heterogeneous multimedia content). The purpose of this article is to describe how to develop a comprehensive model for assessment of competitive materials and also an automated solution in the field
of assessment. The article provides an overview of the methods, applicable to the assessment of works. Formed and described is mathematical model of assessment, as well as project models of an automated system for conducting extra-curricular competitive
events in a remote format. The system for conducting competitive events in a remote
format with a module for evaluating participants’ competitive works is designed to reduce the laboriousness of the process of forming an assessment and to notify in
real time all visitors of the site about the works rating.

AMBIGUOUS GEOMETRY PROBLEMS
Absract. The article presents a system of geometry problems characterized by that the data defines the respective figure ambiguously – there are two figures, which are determined by the elements given in the problem. This fact is established as a result of analyzing the condition of the specific problem and conducting a research activity to find its solutions. We suggest author’s training solutions which are accompanied by reflexive reasoning which is about their rationality,
completeness of the solutions and the conducted research in finding them. Relevant
conclusions with training character have been made. Typical logical mistakes made
by students or teachers are analyzed. This is done in order to deep the awareness of
these mistakes both from the trainees and trainers.
The paper is intended for current teachers and university students, preparing for
math teachers, as well as for students interested in mathematics.
